Working on MIAPPE

Ongoing discussions between transPLANT partners and EPPN collaborators have resulted in introducing changes in our minimum information proposition. Most of them concern more detailed description of the environment in plant phenotyping experiments. The background for these changes is presented in our opinion paper.

The new version of the MIAPPE document will be published soon. We are working on formatting the list and preparing it for publishing along with the submission of final transPLANT project reports.

transPLANT project ends on 31 August 2015. The work on standards for phenotyping data will be continued within other initiatives where transPLANT partners are involved. New developments and results related to our up-to-date efforts will be published here.
